Grande Provence in Franschhoek resumes its monthly Wine & dine Collaboration dinners in April. They take place on a Friday at the estate restaurant, where executive chef Darren Badenhorst presents six course dinners, each matched to the visiting winemakers' products and starring a particular cultivar. On April 17 it will be the turn of chardonnay, with labels from Lismore, Jordan and De Wetshof, and pinot noir from Oak Valley, Newton Johnson and Creation will star at the May event, on May 29.
